Birch Island Resort offers three year-round cabins within 20 feet of the lake.  Each cabin has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, and a bathroom.  Provided for your use are bed linens, cookware, dishes & utensils, a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and TV/VCR.  Cabin rentals include 14 foot row boat, private fire pit, firewood, grill, charcoal & lighter fluid, picnic table, and use of fish cleaning facilities.  A sandy beach area, boat docks, volleyball court, and horseshoe pits are a few of our other amenities for you to enjoy.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 9:00 a.m.

Daily Rates
Based on two person occupancy
Three night minimum required for holiday weekends and Memorial Day through Labor Day; two night minimum required for remainder of the year

Cabin #1 & #3:  $85.00 per night; Cabin #2:  $95.00 per night
$15.00 per night per additional person; $100.00 deposit required.

Weekly Rates, (Saturday through Saturday)
Based on two person occupancy

Cabin #1 & #3:  $495.00 per week; Cabin # 2:  $520.00 per week
$35.00 per week per additional person; $100.00 deposit required.

Pay by cash or check and receive a $10.00 discount (for weekly rates).

Please bring your own toiletries and towels.  Our cabins are non-smoking and no pets allowed.  We do welcome kenneled hunting dogs outside the cabins during hunting season.

Balance due in cash, check, or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover) upon arrival.  An ATM machine is available in the bar and accepts credit, debit, and ATM cards.  Please add 5 1/2 % county and state sales tax.  Cancellations require a minimum of 2 weeks notice for a refund of your deposit, less a $25.00 handling fee.  If cancellations are made with less than 2 weeks notice, all effort will be made to rent the cabin and refund your deposit, less the handling fee.  If the cabin is not rented, your full deposit will be forfeited.  No deposit refunds on holiday weekends.
